What if I can login, but my videos don't play?
If you’re able to log in but the videos aren’t playing, it’s usually something simple to fix. Try these quick steps:
1. Refresh and Restart

Log out, close your browser or app completely, then log back in.

If you’re on a browser, refresh the page or try using Chrome or Safari for the best performance.
2. Check Your Internet Connection

A stable connection of at least 5 Mbps is recommended for smooth playback.

If your Wi-Fi is weak, try switching to another network or restarting your router.
3. Clear Cache or Update the App

On a computer, clear your browser cache and cookies.
