How do I stream with Roku or Smart TV?
You can stream Foundation Training workouts on most Smart TVs and devices using your Foundation Training Streaming account.
Option 1: Roku App

Download the Foundation Training app directly from the Roku Channel Store.

Open the app and select Log In.
Use your existing FT Streaming credentials (the same email and password used at
www.ftstreaming.com
).
Option 2: Smart TV Browser or Casting
Open your TV’s internet browser and go to
www.ftstreaming.com
.

Log in to your account and start streaming directly.

Or, open FT Streaming on your phone, tablet, or laptop and cast to your TV using AirPlay, Chromecast, or your TV’s built-in casting feature.
