You can stream Foundation Training workouts on most Smart TVs and devices using your Foundation Training Streaming account.

Option 1: Roku App

• Download the Foundation Training app directly from the Roku Channel Store.

• Open the app and select Log In.

• Use your existing FT Streaming credentials (the same email and password used at
  www.ftstreaming.com
  ).

Option 2: Smart TV Browser or Casting

• Open your TV’s internet browser and go to
  www.ftstreaming.com
  .

• Log in to your account and start streaming directly.

• Or, open FT Streaming on your phone, tablet, or laptop and cast to your TV using AirPlay, Chromecast, or your TV’s built-in casting feature.
