How do I update the FT app?
Keeping your Foundation Training app updated ensures you have the latest features, bug fixes, and video improvements.
On iPhone or iPad (iOS):

Open the App Store.

Tap your profile icon in the top right corner.

Scroll down to see pending updates.

If Foundation Training appears in the list, tap Update.
On Android devices:

Open the Google Play Store.

Tap your profile icon → Manage apps & device → Updates available.

If Foundation Training is listed, tap Update.
On Roku:

Highlight the Foundation Training app on your home screen.

Press the * (star) button on your remote.

Select Check for Updates.
