How do I update the FT app?

Keeping your Foundation Training app updated ensures you have the latest features, bug fixes, and video improvements.

On iPhone or iPad (iOS):

  • Open the App Store.

  • Tap your profile icon in the top right corner.

  • Scroll down to see pending updates.

  • If Foundation Training appears in the list, tap Update.

On Android devices:

  • Open the Google Play Store.

  • Tap your profile iconManage apps & deviceUpdates available.

  • If Foundation Training is listed, tap Update.

On Roku:

  • Highlight the Foundation Training app on your home screen.

  • Press the * (star) button on your remote.

  • Select Check for Updates.
