Why are my videos not loading?

If videos on
www.ftstreaming.com
or in the Foundation Training app aren’t loading properly, try the following steps:

On a web browser:

  • Clear your browser’s cache and cookies.

  • Refresh the page or try a different browser (Chrome, Safari, or Firefox).

  • Check your internet connection or disable any active VPNs.

On the mobile app (iOS or Android):

  • Log out of the app and log back in.

  • If the issue continues, delete and reinstall the app from the App Store or Google Play.

  • After reinstalling, log in again at
    www.ftstreaming.com
    using your usual account email and password.

If videos still won’t load after these steps, please email

with your device type and any error messages you’re seeing so we can help troubleshoot further.
