How often should I practice?

A few consistent sessions each week is a strong place to start. Some members prefer short daily sessions, while others do longer practices two to four times per week.


If you are new, start with shorter videos and notice how your body responds. You can gradually increase frequency or intensity as the cues become more familiar.


The best routine is one you can repeat. Choose a schedule that feels realistic and supportive rather than forcing too much too soon.
