What should Foundation Training feel like?

Foundation Training may feel active, challenging, and unfamiliar, especially when you are learning new positions. You may notice work through your glutes, hamstrings, back line, feet, hips, and breath.

The practice should feel controlled and purposeful. It should not create sharp pain, numbness, dizziness, or symptoms that feel unsafe. If something feels wrong, ease out of the position, choose a gentler option, or stop the session.

You do not need to push harder to make the practice effective. Better control and clearer awareness are often more useful than more intensity.
