Foundation Training is movement education, not medical care. If you have pain, an injury, recent surgery, dizziness, neurological symptoms, or a medical condition, check with a qualified healthcare provider before starting or changing your practice.
When returning to movement, choose beginner-friendly videos, reduce intensity, and avoid any position that increases symptoms. Sharp pain, numbness, tingling, dizziness, or symptoms that feel unusual are signs to stop and seek appropriate guidance.
A certified Foundation Training instructor may be able to help you modify the practice, but they should not replace medical care when medical evaluation is needed.
