Movement Guidance

Where should I start?

Begin with the Build your Foundation program on www.ftstreaming.com. Keep your first few sessions short and focus on learning the cues instead of trying to do everything perfectly.

A good first goal is to understand the basic positions, breathing, decompression, and anchoring. Pause when needed, repeat videos, and give yourself time to learn the language of the practice.

Consistency matters more than intensity. A few focused sessions each week can help you build confidence and awareness.
