How do I choose the right program?

How do I choose the right program?

Choose your program based on your current goal, experience level, available time, and how your body feels today using the search bar.

Use the search bar to find content by:
  • Body area
  • Movement or exercise
  • Instructor
  • Program name
  • Goal or focus
  • Video length

You can also browse the program library for structured series and individual workouts.

If you are new, start with the Build Your Foundation Program or a beginner-friendly option. If you want structure, try the Calendar Program. If you are short on time, choose a shorter video and focus on quality.

When in doubt, start simpler than you think you need. A clear, repeatable session is better than pushing into a video that feels too advanced.
