How do I know when to move to the next video?
Move to the next video when you can follow the main cues with control, finish the session without feeling overwhelmed, and recover well afterward.
It is also fine to repeat a video several times. Repetition helps the positions become more familiar and often makes the practice more effective.
If a video still feels confusing, intense, or rushed, repeat it or choose a gentler session before progressing. Reach out on the Community forum for feedback from Dr. Goodman, Coach Salas and others.
