Dr. Eric Goodman is the creator and founder of Foundation Training, a method designed to help people strengthen their bodies, improve posture, and move without pain.
He developed Foundation Training out of necessity — after experiencing chronic back pain early in his career as a chiropractor. By studying human movement, biomechanics, and anatomy, Dr. Goodman created a series of exercises that teach the body to move more efficiently and powerfully through better posture, breathing, and muscle integration.
Today, Dr. Goodman works with people from all walks of life — from those seeking pain relief to elite athletes, firefighters, and military professionals — helping them build long-term strength and resilience through movement.
