FT for warm up, FT for cooldown

Using FT as a warm-up or cool-down

Foundation Training can be used before or after any workout to improve movement quality, posture, and recovery. It helps activate stabilizing muscles and reset alignment — making it ideal for both preparation and restoration.

For a warm-up:
Focus on shorter routines that wake up your posterior chain and open the chest, hips, and shoulders.
Try:

  • Decompression Breathing Tutorial

  • Pre-Workout Activation

  • Athletic Prep Series

These sessions help improve body awareness, breathing control, and balanced engagement before training.

For a cool-down:
Select slower, grounding routines that promote length and relaxation.
Try:

  • Back Pain Relief Routine

  • Neck & Shoulder Release

  • Decompression for Desk Work

These are perfect for releasing tension and restoring balance after exercise or long periods of sitting.

All routines can be found at
