Why can't I access my online education?

How to:

  1. Go to
    www.foundationtraining.com
    and click Log In.

  2. Make sure you’re using the same email address you used to register for your certification or online education.

  3. If you see a “password incorrect” or “account not found” message, click Forgot Password and follow the reset instructions.

  4. Check your spam or junk folder for the reset email or login instructions.

  5. If you’ve recently completed your DropboxSign agreement, note that it may take 1–2 business days for access to be activated.

  6. If you still can’t log in after resetting your password or waiting for activation, email
    Dustin@foundationtraining.com
    with the email address you used to register.

He’ll verify your account and make sure your access is restored.
