Can I get Certified virtually?
Our certifications consist of six weeks of online education followed by a two-day in-person training. This structure ensures that every instructor develops a deep understanding of the method while demonstrating proper movement, teaching, and assessment skills in person.
We understand that travel can be a limiting factor for some, but the in-person portion is required to maintain the quality and consistency of Foundation Training instruction. Each year, we continue to expand our certification locations to make attendance more accessible worldwide.
